No. Configuring a project, requesting a quote, and chatting with the studio are all free. Payment is only taken after you accept a quote and proceed to checkout.

Use the configurator to build your project, send it to us, and we'll confirm pricing. Once you accept the quote, you go to checkout and pay with PromptPay.

You can start an inquiry without an account. To track your order, chat, and check out, you'll create a free account with your email (or Google).

We use PromptPay QR payments in Thai baht. You scan the QR, pay the exact amount shown, and payment is verified automatically before work begins.

You can cancel a draft, inquiry, or unpaid order at any time from your dashboard. Once an order is paid, cancellations and refunds follow our payment & refund policy.

During review, you can flag your project for revision from your dashboard. The studio will pick it up, address your feedback, and return it for another review.

Your client dashboard shows the status of every order — draft, quoted, awaiting payment, paid, in progress, review, and completed.

Website Care is ฿350 per 2 months and covers small updates, small fixes, basic monitoring, and maintenance checks. It's an optional add-on you choose when configuring your project.

Yes. This site is available in English and Thai, and we're happy to build and communicate in either language.
