Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Novera Studio's website and services. Novera Studio ("we", "us") is operated by Apiwish Anutaravanichkul, an independent web developer based in Thailand. By using the platform or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The services

We design, build, and deploy websites and web applications for schools, clubs, events, organizations, students, and small businesses. We also offer optional add-ons such as login systems, admin dashboards, analytics, and Website Care.

Quotes and pricing

Published prices are starting points and estimates. Before any work begins, we confirm a final quote based on your project's exact scope. Work is not started until you accept a quote. Scope changes requested later are discussed and agreed before any additional charge applies.

Payment

Orders are paid in full, in Thai baht, up front via PromptPay through our payment provider. Payment status is verified before work begins. Our payment provider may add a small gateway fee (THB 0.XX, varies by payment) on top of the order total at checkout. See the Payment & Refund Policy for details.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback reasonably needed to complete your project, and to review deliverables during the review stage. Delays in providing these may affect your timeline.

Revisions

During the review stage you may flag your project for revision from your dashboard. We will address reasonable feedback within the agreed project scope. Requests that change the scope of the project may be quoted separately.

Cancellation

You may cancel drafts, inquiries, and unpaid orders at any time. Paid orders follow the Payment & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Once a project is fully paid, you own the final deliverable we build for you (the finished website and its code), subject to third-party licenses (such as fonts, libraries, or platforms used) which are passed on under their own terms. We may show finished projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

We build to a professional standard, but to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for content you provide or for services we don't operate, such as your domain registrar or hosting provider.

Acceptable use

We don't build projects that are unlawful or that harm others. We may decline a project at our discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published. We'll note the revision date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly through our support channels will be settled by the Thai courts, and Thai consumer-protection law continues to apply to you even if a clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable.
