Novera Studio ("we", "us") is operated by Apiwish Anutaravanichkul, an independent web developer based in Thailand. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run your project:
- Contact details — your name and email address, used to run your account, communicate about your project, and send order updates.
- Project information — your website configuration, quotes, and order details, used to deliver the services you request.
- Messages — chat messages you send within the platform, so we can discuss your project.
- Payment records — transaction identifiers from our payment provider (inwcloud). We do not see or store your bank or card details.
We do not require addresses, phone numbers, identification documents, or location data to use the platform. Phone numbers and organization names are optional fields only.
What we don't collect
- No raw card or banking details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
- No tracking for advertising — we don't run advertising networks on this site.
- No unnecessary personal information beyond what's described above.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to provide the platform: authentication, storing your orders and messages, generating quotes and payments, and supporting your project. It is never sold or rented.
Where your data is stored
Authentication and application data are handled by Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, and related services). This means data may be processed on servers operated by Google and its subprocessors. By using the platform you agree to this. Retention
We keep records while they are needed to deliver and support your project, and afterwards as required by applicable law or for legitimate business record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights

Cookies and analytics
We use only the minimum local storage necessary for functionality (such as your theme preference). If we add privacy-friendly analytics to this site, this policy will be updated to say so.
Children
Some of our clients are schools and student organizations. Accounts should be created by an authorized adult on behalf of the organization. We do not intentionally collect data from children without the involvement of their school or a parent or guardian.
